REGISTRATION

Welcome to the registration for the Czech and Slovak open goldpanning championship Zlaté Hory 2016. We appreciate that you have decided to pre-register using the on-line registration form. Thanks to this system, you and your friends will be able to check in faster at the registration desk in Zlaté Hory. The goldpanning championship will take place on 19 - 21 August 2016. The competition site is located close to the town of Zlaté Hory.

Before starting the process of registration, please pay attention to the following. We highly recommend you to read the latest version of WGA Competition Rules and Guidance, which will be observed in the competitions.

Concerning the registration form, the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to be filled in. We recommend that the field email address should be filled in although it is not mandatory. When the registration form has been submitted, a comprehensive registration information package will be sent to the email address given in your registration form. Moreover, final results from all the competitions as well as links to photographs will be sent to the email address given in the registration form. Based on the fulfilled form you will be provided with the registration number which should be used in all communication with us. Please print out the Registration Protocol and produce it in due time at the registration desk in the Municipal Information Centre in Zlaté Hory, Bezručova street 144, which can be found at GPS coordinates 50°15'47.5"N,17°23'43.0"E. Attendance checks for all official categories are concluded on Friday, 19 August 2016, at 22:00!

Major discounts in starting fees are available! You pay in full just the first individual category, following ones will have 50% discount. The final price in CZK is shown in bold. Value in brackets is used in case of an early payment. This can be accepted if you pay by money transfer no later than 12 August 2016. This is also the latest date for online registration.

Your admission is valid only when the participation fee has been paid. You can pay either in advance by money transfer or on the spot in cash. In case of payment in advance, please transfer money to our bank account:

Please use your registration number as a variable symbol. If you omit the variable symbol, your payment will be difficult to identify. If you pay starting fee for more competitors, please use only your registation number as a variable symbol. Then you are kindly requested to send a message from your email address to the undermentioned email address and let us know names of all competitors that you have paid for.
WARNING: The above mentioned account is designed only for the payments in Czech crowns. If the starting fee is paid in another currency, the payee is charged a transfer fee from the bank. The bank fee will be thus requested from the payer of the starting fee at the registration desk due to breaking the rules of on-line registration. In case of non-paying the bank fee, the registration is not considered to be duly and validly performed.
OSTRZEŻENIE: Podane konto jest przenaczone tylko dla płatności w koronach czeskich. Kiedy jest płatność zrealizowana w innej walucie, bank pobiera od odbiorcy płatności za ten przelew opłatę bankową. Ta opłata bankowa będzie wymagana od płatnika wpisowego podczas rejestracji, w związku z naruszeniem regulaminu rejestracji online. Jeśli zawodnik nie uiści opłatę bankową, rejestracja nie będzie uznana za należycie i prawidłowo wykonaną.

Cancellation of registration when the payment of participation fee was already transfered is possible not later than 12 August 2016 by written notice to the undermentioned email address. The cancellation charge is 5 % of the participation fee. After this date it is possible to request a refund of the registration fee on account of particularly serious reasons and this again by written notice to the undermentioned email address. The committee of Moravian-Silesian Goldpanning Club will decide on the refund not later than 31 August 2016.
